There’s no point softening the blow, especially when it’s an entire organization so the blame is shared.

If there’s a problem it’s better to mention it then try to dodge around it. It’s better for the team at medium to hear these points so that they can learn what could be improved!!!

Every software eventually becomes legacy, and maybe it’s just time for the medium team do do a refactor.
